“Hello, I’m Aleisia. I am a New York State, Certified Public Accountant based in the Capital Region. I founded Affirmed Accounting and Consulting, LLC to help small businesses and nonprofits feel confident about their finances.
Managing the day-to-day details while trying to lead, grow, and stay mission-focused can feel overwhelming. My role is to take the pressure off and bring clarity so your numbers support your decisions, not your stress.”

About Aleisia
After earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Siena University, Aleisia embarked on a dynamic four-year career in public accounting, specializing in audit and consulting for nonprofit organizations. Her journey then led her into the world of private and outsourced accounting, partnering with businesses across diverse industries including retail, property management, nonprofits, and service-based enterprises; where she consistently delivered high-level, impactful results.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she can often be found immersed in a good book, enjoying quality time with family and friends, or passionately supporting the Buffalo Bills. Go Bills! A proud Burnt Hills native, she is eagerly anticipating her wedding this May!

The name also reflects a personal family legacy rooted in thoroughbred racing, where patience, care, and trust define lasting results.
